- The install agent is easy to install.
- The web portal is very self explanatory.
- Managing users is really easy.
- Meeting setup is not explained much.
- Deleting old sessions needs to be easier to do.
- Increased efficiency of support agents when end users are not in office.
- Always on connection is much faster.
[We selected ConnectWise Control] mostly because of price, and features we needed. Better than LogMeIn.
