Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I am a CPA that uses ConnectWise Control for remote access to my clients' accounting software.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to connect with my clients
  • Makes it easy to share information to and from my clients
  • Works with my local printers
  • User-friendly

Cons

  • No cons right now
  • Works as well or better than LogMeIn at a fraction of the costs
Less expensive than LogMeIn Pro and works just as well or better
As a CPA, it allows unattended remote access or I can do screen sharing.
