Let me Help You Remotely!
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I use ConnectWise to connect remotely to medical clients I support. I also use ConnectWise at a company that supports medical clients. I can easily connect to customers and view problems and address them easily and effectively using the ConnectWise application. I can also use it when I need to download files from my system to theirs.
It saves time and costs for clients that we support due to the cost that clients would have to incur to have us on site to resolve issues or provide training on their software.
Pros
- Ease of connecting to remote clients.
- Ease of uploading or downloading files between machines
- Allow access to machines even when they are unattended by user
Cons
- Stored notes are deleted when updates occur to the ConnectWise program. It would be nice to save those notes. I did use it to store User name and notes for that particular client.
- Be able to store more than 1 item in Managing Credentials, send to screen.
- Ticketing or creating tickets for clients from the software.
- Able to save money having to go into office. Can do my work from home.
- Able to connect to any client new or existing using the Session and giving them address to connect.
- Can support clients across the US at any time.
Found ScreenConnect at former employer and have never gone back to any other software or program.
