Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

One user (me) uses it to assist users with computer and software problems at 13 locations.
  • The connection process is fairly easy.
  • I have found very little latency when connected.
  • The remote image quality is very good.
  • Everything seems to work well... any shortcomings seem to be mine, I haven't made time to review any of the documentation, so I just sort of plow my way through getting connected. The interface is fairly intuitive.
  • Far, far better and cheaper than a site visit!
This is my first software of this type I have used. I have had support people use Bomgar, it seemed to be OK on my end.
I'm mostly just remoting in and clearing up cache files and resetting things, so it works great for me.
