Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Using ConnectWise Control made life easy in corporate. It easily connects with clients located at a distance. It can easily share any type of files like pdf, doc, csv, mp3 etc. It is highly compatible software with solid features, and is easy to understand for new users too. Reliable and intuitive: it is used to demonstrate projects and software to clients, solve their problems/queries and share files in our organization.

The largest difference between ConnectWise and its competitors is that
it is self-hosted, so you deploy it on your own private servers. It is easier to use than Team Viewer. One thing I hate in ConnectWise is the difficulty to connect with multiple users at a time. In this situation Team Viewer helps a lot.
