Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I use ConnectWise every day to support remote end users. It is being used by our IT department. It helps me support end users both in the office and those that work remotely.
- It supports multiple monitors.
- After a PC is restarted it automatically starts back up the remote session that you were using. No need to reconnect.
- The cost is very reasonable.
- Sometimes updates to clients fail.
- It has lowered our cost of having a technician at remote locations because support can be done remotely and easily with ConnectWise.
- I can use multiple sessions and work on two PCs at once.
I used a bunch of free remote software products and they did not have a lot of the functionality that ConnectWise had and for a reasonable cost I had access to those features so it was worth the investment for us.
