Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise Control has been critical in supporting staff computing needs and managing computers across our multiple locations. Our small IT department is able to quickly and efficiently jump on any computer, anywhere, anytime and solve problems immediately. Our people are very happy and love the responsiveness to their needs. Our IT staff love this service and how it empowers them to achieve their mission.

We used to use remote desktop. The approaches are not comparable. ConnectWise is collaborative, efficient, simple and works. The other is disruptive, clumsy and ineffective.
ConnectWise is great for supporting remote staff and large campuses. Saves a ton time walking around to assist users. No more confusing phone support trying to guide or be guided through troubleshooting steps.
