Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

Constant Contact is a valuable email tool as well as survey tool in the past. From sending selecting a pre-themed email template to building something completely from scratch, Constant Contact has solutions to meet our every need. Several members of our team are able to use this tool with minimal assistance.

Constant Contact is the go to simple to use vendor that we like to use in pinch or when we have time to really focus on a complete campaign.
With the renewal of the contract, you have the option to keep the historical emails and this has been proved invaluable.
Ask about refreshing of templates, graphics and new features. What originally seemed fresh and exiting for some of our other providers is now hard to customize in any other way. Constant Contact seems to do a good job of keeping their features and areas fresh thus making my job easier.
