We use it for lead generation and to help get messaging out to more locations and line of business titles.

Pros

  • Persistence of communication.
  • Friendly staff.
  • Immediate notifications of leads

Cons

  • would like additional customization for templates
  • dashboard can sometimes be confusing to navigate
  • Too early to tell, but doing good work so far.
Always friendly and quick to respond.
They implement campaigns very quickly. New self service tool make this even easier/faster.
