Overall Satisfaction with Copper

Our business is within the entertainment industry where we book artists onto shows/gigs. So we do sales with clubs/festivals/venues throughout North America. So we use Copper for our customer database and use their pipeline tools to keep track of projects.

Pros

  • Keeping customer lists together
  • Keeping teams on the same page with projects
  • Setting up of automation of tasks

Cons

  • Filtering of customer lists of larger groups
  • Ability to move customers back to leads in contact lists
  • It pays for itself
  • Keeps me and my team organized
  • Team can work from one place for their CRM related tasks
I do not use a ton of integrations with Copper so I am sure if I used more of those things it would be a much better platform but we are happy with what we use Copper for.

Copper is well suited for my business and workflows as we aim to have a specific workflow in all of our sales processes. Copper allows us to program this and lead our employees through it which allows us to spend less time on training.
