Overall Satisfaction with Coupa

We use Coupa to track POs, invoices, and payments from our customers. It helps consolidate invoice information and is very useful for tracking invoice status without having to bother our customers for a payment update. We especially appreciate the ability to view the payment status of an invoice and to match invoices with POs. It is only used by the billing department.

Coupa is much more robust than Tipalti or Bill.com for tracking invoices. It also allows some customers to order our product via an internal product catalog which is a competitive advantage that Tipalti and Bill.com don't seem to have. However, Bill.com is a lot more user friendly than Coupa and more widely used.
It is useful for organizing invoice information for enterprise customers - the biggest advantage is that many larger companies use it so it's possible to have one portal for several different customers instead of having a separate portal per customer which means a lot of log-ins to track. It's not the best for total A/R management as smaller customers won't use it.
