Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

CrowdCompass was used by our marketing team to support our annual conferences. It was downloaded and used organization-wide at the event. We used it to connect our staff, attendees, and sponsors with our event. It helped support engagement initiatives and connect with attendees. It also provided access to information about our event and schedule.
  • CrowdCompass connected with our Cvent account made a seamless event experience.
  • CrowdCompass made it easy to get a custom app in front of our attendees.
  • CrowdCompass made it easy to navigate what was going on within our conference.
  • The grouping feature was hard to use. There was no import option, so to target specific groups of attendees, we had to manually enter each one.
  • The Live Polling didn't offer duplication of our theme/customization options, so we had to recreate each time.
  • I wish there was a feature to display the event feed to attendees on a monitor for further engagement.
  • We had great adoption rate - I believe 85-90%.
  • Attendees reported positive experience with the app, which has a positive impact on our brand perception.
  • Ensuring we had an app made sure we were perceived as being professional and modern.
I very briefly used DoubleDutch, so I can't comment extensively, but I know the integration and customer support we had using CrowdCompass in conjunction with Cvent was invaluable.
If you are using Cvent to manage your event, CrowdCompass makes integration a breeze. All of our event data moved easily and automatically into the CrowdCompass app. I think there could be improvements relating to intuitiveness, but the convenience of the integration can't be matched. If you're not using Cvent, CrowdCompass is still a valid option, but I'm not sure how much better it'd be than a competitor.
