Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
We use CrowdCompass for the two conferences we hold annually. This has been a huge time-saver for us, as we no longer have to print any handouts for attendees, nor do we have to print out Speaker Evaluations and forms for attendees to complete their CE hours.
- Allows attendees to personalize their schedule.
- Allows attendees to view handouts for each presentation once they're back home.
- You're able to push out notifications for important messages that need to be sent out during the event.
- Attendees are able to network through the app.
- Some attendees with Android phones have a harder time downloading the app than iPhone users.
- Not being able to customize the Game in the app is frustrating.
- The login process can be confusing for attendees.
- I believe that the ROI has been positive for us.
