Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used by our entire organization. It allows event planners to request information on availability for group events, as well as provding hotel professionals a streamlined response tool.
  • Cvent provides a platform to request and provide information from multiple sources
  • Cvent provides an organized and sensical response format
  • Cvent tends to move slowly when entering meeting space assignments or copying information
  • Cvent responses can take a long time depending on the amount of information requested. it could work on faster functionality in the meeting space section specifically
  • Cvent provides the ability to answer availability requests in a format more convenient for meeting planners to organize
I use muliple RFP response outlets and Cvent is the easiest and most complete 3rd party RFP website.
Although there is always room for improvement, Cvent is used by a great percentage of meeting planners and provides access and exposure that is vital to succeed in our business.
Compared to other response platforms, Cvent is the easiest to use and the fastest to complete while also providing the most pertinent information.
