Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent across our geography from event registration, on arrival for on-site badge printing and AttendeeHub on occasion for events that require mobile apps. We have events that range from 10-1800 people and needed a better way to manage lists, housing requirements, badge printing and check-in process to keep capacity counts at venues.
Pros
- Housing and Room block management
- Up-to-date numbers of check-ins and reporting for senior management at events
- Complex registration for multi-session events
Cons
- Language management can be confusing
- Reporting fields can be hard to match up
- We do not really track ROI but it has helped us manage food and beverage numbers better
None, Cvent was the only one we really looked into for our onsite event management. We've tried ON24 and Hopin for our virtual event needs, but it's been nice to have one platform that can do it all and we can track attendee engagement across multiple events instead of having the data siloed and manually try and manage it.
