Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management is used in many aspects of my organization. We needed an event management solution that would enable us to build websites, provide registration services, manage data, source venues, securely store data, create reports, and provide the best service possible to our clients. Cvent has made all of this potential for my organization!

Pros

  • User friendly and provides great customer support.
  • Organized data management, creates insightful reports.
  • Simple interface.

Cons

  • I would like to see more flexibility in regard to website customizability.
  • Some interface points look slightly outdated, but I appreciate the simplicity.
  • Logging users out while editing, therefore losing progress has been a bit frustrating.
  • Cvent has had a positive impact on the organization's business objectives.
Cvent has a lot of functionality, which can be overwhelming to new users who are not too technically savvy. However, Cvent does a great job of providing tools and support for users to learn and troubleshoot. I also appreciate the work and progress that Cvent has been making in Accessibility.

Cvent Event Management is well-suited for data management and provides very useful tools to efficiently and productively manage events. However, Cvent is a bit limited in regard to website and registration customizability, as the site and registration designer can be a bit restrictive and limit creative freedom. Overall, Cvent is a great tool, though, and provides a great solution for many aspects of event planning!
