Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use CVENT to collect and organize attendee information and data. Our programs vary in size and location including travel and sales meetings. It helps us stay in touch with our attendees and collect information for every aspect of the event and personalization for our marketing campaigns.
Pros
- Support - great, attentive support team that is easy to access
- Technology - advances with the trends and leads the industry
- Education - the training that is provided is thorough and available to everyone
Cons
- Cost - the platform is pricey, as well as it's add-on apps
- Reporting - still room for improvement on ease-of use for pulling data for specific needs
- UX/UI - the new Flex platform is a great step toward a nicer look/experience for the user, but still has a ways to go
- The cost seems to be an issue
- Time involved with event setup is costly
- The difficulty with ironing out back-end issues upon launching can be threatening to the attendee experience
- Guidebook and Eventbrite
