Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used across the whole organization; they are a preferred partner. Depending on the level of service that a client signs up for, they will either be using Cvent as their main registration platform or they will have the ability to use a different product/service.

  • Excellent for future event planning (reporting).
  • User friendly and captures attendee profile information.

My company previously owned and developed all of our registration/reporting platforms. Cvent has continued to get more granular and detailed within specific areas, so it is now very comparable to what we used to have. I love that it can all be done at an account management level vs. having to wait days for a programmer to code or make changes.
Fairly user friendly, but there are some areas in the build where it isn't very intuitive.
The support is amazing. My Success Manager checks in with me all of the time. They are very good at ensuring that their customers are well educated on the products.

If you need to capture registrant information and be able to communicate in masses with attendees and provide reporting, Cvent is ideal. As we've moved to virtual, my client has opted into doing some of their smaller meetings over Zoom. We decided to opt-out of using Cvent in this case because we didn't need to capture any information but simply send out a link to those attending.
