Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We are using Cvent Event Management in our group within a department at the university to manage registration, marketing and payment for extension conference, workshops and programs.

Pros

  • Comprehensive platform
  • Ease of customization
  • Seamless integration between modules
  • Simple enough for simple events, robust enough for complex events

Cons

  • Customizable task tracker for speakers
  • It has save enough time that I can devote my time to higher level tasks
