Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management allows us to capture event attendance and possible sales leads through its integration with Salesforce. It also allows the event management team to arrange logistics in an orderly way by collecting attendee information in a centralized location. Additionally, the reporting feature and its available customization creates a clear way to report on event statistics and data.

  • Event transparency among non-Cvent account holders but event stakeholders
  • More intuitive document library preferably at the user level; not account level
  • More intuitive language around the program features
  • Easier to manage the quantity of events during the year with a consistent software system
  • Visibility of event efficacy with the cross-event reporting
  • Tracking event analytics by event type
The system, once you have practiced and become familiar with the features and terminology, is user friendly. If you work as a team, you and other colleagues can collaborate on events and create templates for events that occur frequently presetting anything from website set-up to email communication language. This is a great way to keep on top of your events!

The customization of the website and email communication makes it simple to copy events for future needs with minor updates needed. It is a time saver in that capacity.
