I am the sole person in charge of planning and implement all internal events, trainings, annual summits, quarterly meetings, and more. I'm using the platform to streamline my process and get back more time to focus more on the overall content and attendee experience and less on the small details that could be automated.

- The navigation between sections of the platform are not as intuitive as I would like and it's taken me some time to figure out where to find everything because things feel buried
- Enhancing the badge template creation to make it easier to build and brand

I needed help with launching registration because I kept receiving an error that emails weren't going out. The team was able to look in the backend and figure out what was causing the issue and give me step to fix it.
