We use Cvent Event Management as our event management tool. We use it to create event websites, send invites, track registrations, and track attendance. We utilize the Salesforce integration.

It's a night and day difference. Blackthorn was disaster and had SO many bugs. We have yet to run into a major issue with Cvent Event Management. Cvent Event Management did cost more money, but we're getting so much more. Blackthorn didn't have user friendly event emails, Cvent Event Management does and we love them. Blackthorn did have a real time data sync with Salesforce, Cvent Event Management doesn't. But with all the bugs Blackthorn had, Cvent Event Management is by far the better solution.
