Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Our biggest challenges were creating a Registration Process for our Annual Conference and utilizing a Virtual Platform for our Virtual Series. Cvent Event Management was easy to use and helped build out both things. Being able to track real-time data has been extremely helpful as well. Cvent's ability to listen to what we need and want has been crucial in our staying with them every year.

Pros

  • Data/Reporting.
  • Updating their software to meet the consumers needs.

Cons

  • None come to mind.
  • Seamless App experience wanting attendees to come back for future conferences.
Cvent is lovely and easy to use! If I ever get in a bind, there are many articles and ways to get help on what I am trying to accomplish.

Cvent Event Management is great if you are looking for the full package. They provide registration, payment assistance, attendee management, the actual platform with an App (Attendee Hub), Reporting, and surveys. If you need assistance with everything from Point A to Point Z, their staff have you covered and will do it with a smile on their face.
