Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We needed a mobile solution on-site for our events. We had never used an app before and needed an easy back end for staffers who were not necessarily tech-savvy. Cvent's solutions fit into our processes really well. The use of Cvent has allowed us to reduce the use of printed materials and increase engagement on-site at our events.

  • Branding opportunities within the attendee hub mobile app.
  • Reduced our man hours on event preparation and on site material distribution.
  • Can now track and justify participation in event extras through the app.
Everything is very user-friendly, and even my less technologically inclined team members can utilize the platform. It did not require training since that is all included, which freed up a ton of time for our team. Since everything is easy to use, we are more open to adding other Cvent solutions.

Cvent's Attendee Hub is great for running events and looking to maximize engagement while reducing the amount of printed materials. Also, consider the ability to update all attendees immediately on all program changes. I feel that event solutions are less appropriate for very small events. A board meeting or small workshop format wouldn't make as much sense.
