Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent Event Management in our organization is used extensively in our organization. Here we manage an entire event using Cvent. We use it for budget, website build, survey, zoom and report purpose. It's easy to use.

Cons

  • Can be something to do with when we are using the image as background image it is not responsive.
  • The cross event reports take to much time to open
  • The image used in Cvent's website clarity could be improved.
  • Positive impact is the Quick website build.
  • Access to the reports.
  • Using the emails and surveys.
It's very user friendly and if understood there is no limit to use it. Further it has everything which is required to take care of complete event. Starting from web build, reports access and budget allocation. Not to ignore surveys and emails. The OnArrival is a feature to must have and the badges and certificates are useful as well.
