Overall Satisfaction with Cyfe
We use Cyfe daily to provide intelligent, robust dashboards throughout our organization and for our clients. With multiple companies under our brand it is important that we are able to measure, view and manage our daily data. Cyfe allows us to keep the "pulse" of the organization without paying insane fees or unreasonable "add ons". Cyfe allows us to provide custom dashboards to our customers. This keeps them in the loop and allows us to cut down on providing "reports" to them now that they can see data in real time.

- Very minor issues with clarifying how some URLs should be structured to pull data
- Some data sources are not clear what they pull, this is largely a labeling issue outside Cyfe
- Cyfe allows us to provide real time data to our clients
- Cyfe allows us to provide detailed analytics to our clients showing actual results
- Cyfe reduced our need to provide monthly "reports" to our marketing clients
- Cyfe allows us to have better situational awareness and know what is going on throughout our multiple organizations
Domo was vastly overpriced compared Cyfe and it was far less friendly to use and get used to. I was able to jump right in with Cyfe and get the data I wanted setup right away. When I had a question I was able to get an immediate response directly from Deven without hesitation. Best part, Cyfe also allows free accounts/trials so you can get your hands on it and try it out. Domo did not and I don't purchase or trust things I can't get my hands on directly.
Using Cyfe
6 - Cyfe is used primarily by our executive team and marketing teams currently. We plan to expand our usage to our sales and even collections team in the next 14 days as well. Due to the large variety of data sources the options are pretty much endless. Once you get the hang of it you can pretty much make it do whatever you can dream up.
2 - Anyone with basic web skills can fully support Cyfe without issues. For some data sources it is best to have decent Excel skills to ensure proper formatting of data sources.

- We are using Cyfe as an alternative to AdWords dashboards. This way non-AdWords savvy users can still see the data in real time without risking mistakes from within AdWords
- We use Cyfe to provide dashboards to our social media marketing clients so they can have a real time view of their growth and activities taken on their behalf
- We intend to use Cyfe with out collections team to provide better real time analytics
Evaluating Cyfe and Competitors
Yes - Domo was replaced by Cyfe. Cyfe was far more robust and economical.

I liked the spirit of Cyfe. Any product that allows me to do what I want to do AND talk directly to the guy building it, well that is something I can trust.

From the very beginning. As soon as I signed up I was sent an invitation to connect on LinkedIn and an offer to answer any questions I might have. Almost immediately I had a question, because I wasn't doing something right. I was able to connect with the founder through LinkedIn who immediately followed up with me through my personal email and corrected the issue.
