Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We Use DNBI to analyze and appropriately assign lines of credit to our customers. The only "problems" I would say that we encounter, is out of your control, as we hope for reported information, and that is just not always provided from reporting companies. I am unsure of how you can improve that.

  • Establishing accurate lines of credit help move orders through a system to appropriate customers, so providing clear information on a report is indeed needed, and appreciated.
  • Allows us to determine when to reduce a credit line, or change terms altogether.
We use that info to create a credit line that is mutually effective. It is critical to our flow to accurately help us establish lines of credit to help keeps things moving through our systems/procedures smoothly. With our procedure an order could get hung up unnecessarily, so updating yearly like we do is vital.
Easy login, then the whole website is responsive and takes less time to acquire info. The search is effective, the selection is clear, and I can generally always find who I am looking for.
I was not part of my companies selection of using the software, but I am grateful for their decision.
Easier website to navigate in a whole. From the search bar, to identifying and selecting what I need. Where the above I was unsure from their selection tabs where to go. To me that should be clear to navigate to, then go to a dropdown and find a category to select. In hopes of obtaining what you need, that needs to be clear.

Simple, clear and easy access to the information needed. Nothing complicated, and makes my work easier! I like to save time, and use my time more appropriately, so using a website to get what I need quickly is a huge bonus to me. Almost a gift of my day back.
