Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We Use DNBI to analyze and appropriately assign lines of credit to our customers. The only "problems" I would say that we encounter, is out of your control, as we hope for reported information, and that is just not always provided from reporting companies. I am unsure of how you can improve that.
Pros
- Clean easy to read reports
- Easy functionality of website
- Easy to search
- Quick access to information
- Pdf conversion is simple
Cons
- categorize the lines of business in trade references?
- Establishing accurate lines of credit help move orders through a system to appropriate customers, so providing clear information on a report is indeed needed, and appreciated.
- Allows us to determine when to reduce a credit line, or change terms altogether.
Easier website to navigate in a whole. From the search bar, to identifying and selecting what I need. Where the above I was unsure from their selection tabs where to go. To me that should be clear to navigate to, then go to a dropdown and find a category to select. In hopes of obtaining what you need, that needs to be clear.
