Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

The biggest challenge is staying on top the ever expanding industry we work in, and being sure we are aware of any and all new businesses, growth and/or purchases being made.

Our team (advertisng/sales) will be using it the largest percent of the time.
  • Trains new customers very well
  • Very user friendly
  • In-depth contact information
  • The codes/numbers can become a bit confusing when your tying to narrow down a search
  • Expand contacts, businesses, etc. in the Veterinary industry.
  • The training went well, but I feel more time/training would be very useful.
  • We're still new to Hoovers, but so far, being able to add new contacts and businesses has really helped out objectives.
  • It has been saving time in searching for contact information compared to what we had to do in the past...much more efficient.
D&B Hoovers does offer excellent data that we need, again, just need more in our vertical.
The most essential to us is the contacts cell phone, email and title. We want to be sure we are reaching the correct person we need to in regards to the opportunity we are offering.
It would be the same as before...name, title and contact information.
D&B Hoovers has the most contacts available, as well as a lot more contact information than the others I have used. The customer service has been excellent as well.

I believe for most verticals, Hoovers is very well suited, however, since we work exclusively in the vet industry, I haven't found as much information from Hoovers as I thought I would.
