Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email
DataMotion Secure Email is used by our company to receive important results regarding lab tests we run for our patients. It is a safe way to transmit important, sensitive, patient-related medical information that we can trust. It's extremely easy to use and doesn't slow down our [workday] when we are in the middle of treating patients. We have never had an issue with it and we appreciate how organized it keeps all of our files.
Pros
- Extremely easy to login and logout safely and quickly.
- Keeps files organized in a manner that is easy to access.
- Safely transmits private medical documents.
Cons
- The interface is not aesthetically pleasing.
- The emails come twice when something is uploaded to DataMotion Secure Email.
- It doesn't state clearly that it is HPPA compliant.
The lab we work with uses DataMotion Secure Email so we use it because they do, but it seems to be much easier to use than other file sharing sites that require multiple passwords that change all the time.
