Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

DataMotion Secure Email is used by my organization when sending and receiving private information from clients securely. It does not allow third parties to steal private information. My clients can send me tax returns, their social security numbers, dates of birth, etc. with no fear that unknown third parties may take this information and steal their identity or get credit in their names.
  • Allows for the sending of multiple encrypted documents as attachments in one secure email.
  • Password never expires.
  • Each party has private password that is personal.
  • The system sends documents to third parties in one shot.
  • Could try better promotion of the product
  • All good. I can sleep at night knowing I have done good.
DataMotion Secure Email won hands down. Citrix was painful. You loaded one attachment at a time, lined them up on one screen, then sent to a folder then loaded, etc. If all went well, you sent the whole mess. And it was more expensive.
I have tried the competition and decided that DataMotion Secure Email was the best, easiest, and the program that worked. I recommend it.
I use it to send private financial information--anything which contains EINS or Social Security numbers or other data--and to receive same. I cannot use DataMotion Secure Email when the recipient will not accept it, unfortunately.

I have recommended your system to several local individuals and real estate brokers who now use it.
