Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

The purpose of DataMotion Secure Email in our organization is to ensure all emails from our CRM are sent securely, giving the recipient control over their security practices.

DataMotion Secure Email integrated fully with no extra setup for our 100% coverage situation. Once in, there's no ongoing burden (from the product) that needed to be managed.
The product felt bulletproof. The administrative hassle for new or add-on licenses seemed completely unnecessary.
That happened before my tenure, but I know that the process required no administration or management over the following three years. That's a pretty good integration standard.
We used a "whole-CRM" approach for setup, so we did not use any individual APIs.
To fill a specific need for 100% of emails to be sent securely from the CRM, they feel bulletproof. But for a very fluid user base, with frequent changes of users, the hassle of closing and setting up accounts feels relatively high.
