Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

DataMotion is used by faculty, staff, and students to send secure documents such as government IDs for account purposes and for securely sending medical documentation which is extremely necessary during the Covid 19 pandemic. Without DataMotion we would be very limited in securely sending and receiving data needed for identity verification.

Pros

  • Notifications on when messages are opened.
  • Simple to setup when logging in for the first time.
  • Easy to navigate UI.

Cons

  • Some users are confused on how to make attachments.
  • Setup email will go to spam inbox at times.
  • No function to reply directly from previously sent messages without creating a new message.
  • No need to have people come physically into the office for identity verification.
Simple to use UI from someone with tech experience, but some users are confused about adding attachments and other such functions.
I see no difficulty in adding this service to any organization.
DataMotion is well suited for sending documents securely and easily.
