Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

We use data motion by all of the employees in our organization as well as out clients to email personal health information to each other to protect the PHI of our clients that our work email doesn't offer to us. It has made it more streamline when working with our clients and each other.

  • When clicking on edit as new sometimes it doesn't send the new email
  • I'm sure it has saved us from not being sued for emailing our PHI on our regular email
It is very straight forward and basic and easy to find what you need
They worked with us when setting up intake forms on our website and having the information sent through DataMotion to us to protect our clients PHI
