Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail
We use DataMotion SecureMail for our clients, for HIPAA compliance.
- It's easy for the end users.
- I like that we can brand it with our own logo.
- According to our techs, the support is terrible.
- It doesn't integrate as well as some others with third-party apps.
- It's good, in that we've increased our number of customers.
Protected Trust has better integration with third-party apps, however, it's expensive.

I don't use it personally since I don't work with HIPAA-sensative information.
This was a factor since we'd worked with keys, and they were confusing for clients.
I don't think that we'll be doing this.
