Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

DataMotion is used across the organization in 2 ways. One for sending PHI related messages to business partners and for transmitting private and confidential information with the organization. Two, it is also used in our SaaS applications for securely transmitting user email and attachments containing PHI and private messages that are routed via the DataMotion APIs.

DataMotion is relatively easy to onboard users and intuitive enough for sending and receiving secure messages between non-secure mail servers with a straight forward read-only "Secure Contact Me" feature. The Admin panel still needs some updating as it is not altogether intuitive in its use of administration. I would highly recommend it for secure mail transmission. The API application use is also very straightforward.
