Overall Satisfaction

  • The system is user-friendly.
  • Demandware is robust in the functionality it provides us.
  • The items we have had issues with, are just personal preference issues, so I don't think it would be fair to go into those.
  • We have a quicker production time to live site.
I enjoy using the system. Most issues I have run into, there were quick fixes available or workarounds.
The system overall has greatly improved over the last year, and there are some pretty exciting things coming down the pipeline. I personally enjoy using the system and look forward to continued use in the future.

The in-person training was thorough. Trainer was pretty dry, but covered everything really well.

Company specific data we wanted to integrate and have the ability to capture from web orders.

Support

Most of the support that we have experienced has relied heavily on a community site, looking for answers to questions that other users or developers have run into or previously asked.

Usability

The system is very easy to use.

Reliability

We have only had one instance where the platform went down in the time we have been using it.

Integration

  • We may potentially move two other domains to the platform within the next year.

Vendor Relationship

Pretty easy, no pertinent issues.
