Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy for onboarding, rostering and timesheets across the whole business.
  • Timesheets.
  • Rostering.
  • Payrollexport.
  • Reduce the price.
  • Improve onboarding - (I believe this is underway).
  • Allow employees to reduce their shift length if they punched out late.
  • Deputy has saved a lot of staff time with the rostering.
  • Timesheet export is important, and saves work.
  • Onboarding is good.
We selected it because at the time it was the cheapest solution we could find that would export timsheets to our payroll (MYOB).

It is easy to use.
Deputy makes timesheet management and rostering much easier - especially when the roster changes every week. Sadly it isn't cheap - and seems to be getting more expensive.
