Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Scheduling, payroll and communication. I need the news feeds to be sent out as a text message. The app and push notification is not working well with the staff. I need 100% of them reading it.

Scheduling is great.
Great.
[In my opinion], news feeds are not as effective as they should be. I have about 80 employees and on average 40 of them confirm they've seen messages from Deputy. I have repeatedly asked Deputy to use push notifications and stay on top of the app. They still haven't done this. Everyone sees a text message. Deputy has the technology because the schedule comes out via text. It would be great if Deputy could change this...
