Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is used to schedule our weekly employees.
- Reminds employees of shift start time/reminder to clock out.
- Needs to be easier to drag a set schedule through multiple weeks and easier to make small adjustments when necessary.
- Needs a phone number to call to chat through issues. Every time I've used the online chat, I've solved my own problem before they could help me.
- Needs to have better control permissions for staff; i.e. the option to turn off adjusting their clock in or out time.
- Could be more straightforward when it comes to switching shifts for employees.
- Should be easier to set up employee profiles and their 'work zones.'
- It has not improved anything, other than letting our staff know what their schedule is.
In my opinion, Deputy is the cheapest version of scheduling apps both in price and quality. The one reason we have not switched yet, but we are looking to.
