Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Working in a Bookkeeping firm with clients across multiple industries, having a scheduling, timesheet & time-clock software allowing us to customise a vast amount of functionality is really beneficial. We are often faced with clients who have custom agreements in place and with the versatility of Deputy allowing us, in conjunction with Xero, to set up custom awards and link it through to payroll is fantastic! Deputy makes everything from scheduling to timesheet approval effective and efficient. This provides our clients more time to run their business and not spend time manually logging staff hours and locations.

Deputy has thought about its layout very well - each tab flows on to the next and options are located where you'd logically expect them to be.
Deputy no doubt saves countless hours in relation to the processing of payrolls - the automatic hour tracking and shift costings provide valuable feedback to business owners. Without a system like Deputy, it would take several hours to put this information together.
Xero, Dext Prepare (with Receipt Bank), WorkflowMax
Deputy does fantastically well in regards to Award Interpretation, some awards are very complex and as a whole Deputy manages the translation of this rather well. There is still room for improvement, however, it's far superior to manually interpreting the award. Deputy integrates exceptionally well with Xero, however, systems like MYOB it is a bit more tricky and support resources for troubleshooting are not as in-depth.
