Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy across our franchised businesses with two sites in Bendigo and Shepparton. We use it mainly for rostering, staff members to enter their availability and leave and clock timesheets. It's able to forecast wages costs based on historical data.
- Forecasting sales.
- Synchronised with our Xero accounting.
- Quick rostering.
- Being able to inform of unavailability not just leave requests.
- Should Be able to use only 1 account for both our sites, rather than having two separate accounts - 1 for reach site.
- Technical help can be an issue sometimes as it's all just the chat. Your consultants sometimes do not really understand our issues. We should be able to speak with someone during business hours for help.
- Not really sure how to quantify this but definitely saves us time with having to do rostering manually.
- Other features are not needed, should be able to either use or pay only for what we want.

Deputy is cheaper in the beginning and easier to use than Tanda.
