Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is used for scheduling our employees across 4 locations as well as setting tasks for the employees.

Pros

  • Scheduling.
  • Employees can manage their time.
  • Setting tasks for employees.
  • Employees can manage their information.
  • Setting templated for scheduling.
  • Verification of employees that work remotely.

Cons

  • Reporting functions.
  • Would like to be able to customize reports to fit our needs.
  • Time has been saved on scheduling.
  • Time has been save on setting up employees.
  • Employees can manage their own time which means management is not spending a lot of time on payroll fixes.
  • Setting task reminders have been a great way to say time for management.
  • Scheduling templates have saved time on figuring out shifts.

The only think lacking in Deputy is the reporting functionality.
Deputy was easy to implement.
It works good for our size of company. I think it would be a little more difficult if we had over 100 employees. Especially since we cannot manipulate reporting as easily as we would like to.
