Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is being used to manage staff working with NDIS clients. We use it to set up rosters, staff to write shift notes and send approved timesheets to third-party accounting software.
Pros
- Rosters.
- Shift notes.
- Calculating hours worked.
Cons
- Exporting to third-party software.
- It does the rosters very well.
- It sends good alerts.
- Allowances aren't automatically calculated.
