Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
Deputy is utilised for staff rosters across multiple teams and departments, we also use it to schedule training and send important notes to staff to ensure continuity across the group. We regularly use the Newsfeed function for both social and work-related announcements. Being able to copy and paste rosters from one week to another makes scheduling far less time-consuming and we find it generally useful to make sure everyone has the same information!

- Rosters.
- Feedback is always taken and usually implemented.
- Support is always timely.
Cons
- Integration with other programs or software, particularly LMS.
- Newsfeed needs further functions such as the ability to pin important messages or the grouping of certain announcements, sometimes very hard to find old posts.
- Time saved rostering.
- Added staff communication efficiencies.
- Integration with payroll.
- Humanforce (formerly TimeTarget)
Before deciding on Deputy, we trialed a number of rostering products. Many of them were either too expensive or didn't offer the same range of functionality. Deputy was far more intuitive and user-friendly than others providing an easy-to-use interface and system that just worked.
