Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We operate with a large pool of casual employees who have various availability. Deputy allows us to publish shifts for employees to claim to suit their availability. We also work on external sites with no base to clock in and out for shifts and this allows employees to do so and also allows the manager the luxury of using a map to track where each person is when clocking in and out.

Pros

  • Ease of publishing shifts for multiple locations
  • Easy to use for the employee
  • Great report features

Cons

  • It would be great to be able to select multiple shifts to delete on the schedule without either deleting all of them or deleting them one by one
  • Ease of processing timesheets and payroll
  • Improved team rapport as easy to swap shifts

Deputy is extremely user friendly for even the least tech savvy people. It is super easy to use and the tech support on the chat is really helpful and prompt.
Deputy was as easy to implement. It is always a big job to implement a new rostering system but Deputy makes it pretty seamless.
Deputy is well suited for all workforces whether you have 5 employees or 500. It is very easy to use when rostering and processing timesheets and payroll
