Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Lawmens uses deputy on a daily basis to plan our staff deployments, highlight any gaps we hold, and to communicate to staff. I understand that there are many other functions however we do not use them all. Just having a quick overview of what departments or sites do not have staffing enables us to focus on them and manage resources.
  • Scheduling.
  • Allowing staff to show themselves as unavailable.
  • News feed to all staff.
  • Timesheets were complicated.
  • Repeating shift patterns.
  • Reports.
  • Deputy has saved us time when resourcing.
  • Understanding vulnerabilities in staffing helps us prevent under resourcing.

There are many other functions that we do not use and have not had the time or skill set to try and work out what else we could use it for.
As I said, there are many options we don't use as we don't understand what else Deputy can be used for.
Having multiple sites requiring varied shift patterns, Deputy is great to be able to see gaps within the staffing for a site and showing who is available to work the shift which isn't filled. Not only does Deputy show who else has worked that site but also shows if they have a shift elsewhere which would prevent them from covering the gap.
