Essential Board Governance software for those who need it

We are a medium-sized family-owned business. However, we comprise several companies. Each has a board, a Remuneration Committee, and other groups. Before Diligent getting a board pack together was a long, manual process. Items arrived late, and the entire crew had to be resent. It was all handled in email and folders, and sometimes, people showed up with out-of-date packs. Everything was manual and slow. Connecting the system to our Azure AD SSO means access to the software is tightly controlled. Then there is the internal security around who can see what and do what within the platform.
