Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg
We are using DiscoverOrg primarily for prospecting needs (i.e. list generation and contact info) for our SDR and sales team, to help us identify target companies and the relevant contacts within those companies. We also use it for data cleansing within our CRM for both sales and marketing needs. We may explore actual integrations with our technology to streamline processes too.

- Tools for account based outreach
- Simple and effective search tools
- Installed technology information is lacking detail (i.e. who in the company is involved in using/administering the tool)
- Integration to CRM could definitely be improved
- There could always be more contacts... we've seen missing contacts at time.
- It's a bit early to give high level analysis of its effectiveness
- It has reduced our marketing spend by giving us new contacts to chase outside of events and inbound
