Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg

We are using it to gather information on prospects and current customers. The insides sales team uses the system and it is connected into Salesforce.
  • Direct Lines - best system I have used that have a direct number
  • Updates rapidly if an issue is reported
  • Reseach
  • More kinds of technology users outside of normal IT like OT
  • We are getting more meetings than ever before
  • Some of our reps have lost how to find information the old fashion way when DiscoverOrg does not have it.
We did a month long test of Rainking and DiscoverOrg side by side. DiscoverOrg beat it in every way.
I use DiscoverOrg to check out account info whenever possible. What it does not do best is for smaller companies or less IT-focused businesses. So things like manufacturing or utilities businesses.
