Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

  • I routinely had business owners and /or decision makers that wanted to purchase an advertisement from me. Then they ask me if I can FAX them the paperwork and they'll return it in the next day or so. DocuSign completely removes the obstacle of printers, fax machines....even desktop computers. If you have a phone or tablet (which most business owners do). Recently, I called a customer on his cell (after hours) and he simply forgot to complete the agreement. I asked him to complete it online while we talked..... he agreed. He was skeptical about being able to do this on his phone. Literally in less than 5 minutes he completed it.
  • From 2010 to 2013 I've been a Field Sales Rep covering a multi-state territory. DocuSign allows me to more efficiently manage the workflow of contracts....both outgoing, incoming and all stages in between. The email confirmation a contract has been accepted is FANTASTIC. It notifies me, my supervisor and my home office. DocuSign is a MUST have tool for any Sales operation / business.
  • About six months ago my family and I relocated. I'm on the road traveling to customer and received a call from my new Insurance agent. We were finalizing my Home and Auto insurance policies. He asked me if I wanted him to stop by or he could send the policies via DocuSign. I said OF Course....send it via DocuSign. I love DocuSign! I use it all the time at work. I accepted / completed my new insurance policies within minutes!!!
  • Nothing comes to mind... I truly don't have any customer complaints or suggestions on DocuSign. Keep doing all the great work!
  • There is no question or doubt in my mind that DocuSign has improved our sales cycle. I believe our same-day or 1 call closes have increased. I used to have to tell the customer I will fax or email you the agreement. You print it, sign it and fax (or scan) it back to me. Now I can simply ask them to complete it on the phone, tablet or desktop while we are on the phone talking. No worries..give me 5 minutes and I walk you thru the process right now!

The product / service works! In 3 years, I've personally never experienced a technical problem when using DocuSign! It's fast easy for me, the customer and my company. I often like to discuss with colleagues....you need 3 things to be successful. Good People, process and technology! DocuSign is the technology that has improved our process! It allows me and other Sales Reps to perform better!

  • All the functions to send a document on DocuSign are simple. I believe most of us have heard, "Keep it Simple Stupid"....yes? DocuSign requires roughly 4 easy to follow steps to send a document. 1) Documents for Signature 2) Recipients & Routing 3) Email Message & 4) Envelop Settings.
  • I don't have anything difficult or cumbersome to use DocuSign.
Yes - Since I am routinely on the road.....I use DocuSign for Iphone all the time to easily check the status of envelopes. Have documents signed? viewed? or simply awaiting signature? 3 words....peace of mind!
